In the depths of a turbulent time, "Chaos Harmony" was born—a reflection of a moment when life felt overwhelming, and the lines between order and chaos blurred beyond recognition. This artwork is more than just a visual experience; it’s a window into a chapter of my life marked by introspection, resistance, and ultimately, the search for balance.

Created during a period when I was navigating the complexities of therapy, this piece carries the weight of those sessions—where I often felt like a specimen under a microscope, examined and diagnosed, my emotions reduced to prescriptions and labels. The process felt invasive, and the pills they prescribed left me questioning my own sense of self.

But there was a beacon of light in that darkness—my daughter. Her presence and innocent curiosity during the creation of this piece brought a sense of grounding and unexpected joy. Together, we played with colors, letting teal, pink, and orange burst onto the canvas, each splash of paint a rebellion against the confines of my mental state. The black graffiti tags represent the intrusive thoughts and feelings, chaotic and uncontrolled, yet somehow part of the whole.

The artwork is framed in an antique-style frame, a deliberate choice that mirrors my struggle between the old, structured ways of thinking and the raw, unfiltered emotions that therapy unearthed.
